I have been an attorney for more than ten years and have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients including privately-owned companies, banks, and individuals.  My practice involves commercial real estate, general business law issues, estate planning, and commercial loan structuring and workouts. Whether assisting a business client with all aspects of purchasing or selling commercial real estate or counseling an individual during the estate planning process, I pride myself on frequent communication, close attention to details, and efficient representation of the matter at hand. My clients look to me as a partner, and they appreciate that I take the time to learn about their challenges and my desire to help them achieve business success.

My experience includes:

Assisting businesses with commercial real estate and other closings

Working with business owners on the formation of their companies and beyond

Representing banks on commercial loan structuring and workouts

Working with individual clients during the estate planning process to ensure their decisions are honored in regards to assets, health care, and financial arrangements

I was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2007.  I am a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys as well as the Government Affairs Committee for the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. Additionally, I have presented on the power of sale foreclosure process at the North Carolina Bar Association Real Property Section Annual Meeting.

I currently serve on the board of Oak City Soccer, a non-profit group providing soccer instruction to children with autism and/or sensory processing challenges.

While attending law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I was Notes and Comments Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation, participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic, and won the Gressman-Pollit award for appellate advocacy.

“Brooke is an extremely insightful, intelligent and responsive attorney.  Regardless of the complexity of the matter, she is someone who always provides very sound and thoughtful advice.   When problem loans arise, it can sometimes be uncomfortable and stressful going through the process.  Brooke always keeps us well-informed and at ease every step of the way.  We don’t consider Brooke just our attorney … we consider her a business partner.”

“We joined the firm of Howard, Stallings, From, Atkins, Angell & Davis, P.A. 12 years ago when our family business was needing guidance on a succession plan and exit strategy for my father’s retirement. After that experience, I knew that this was the firm that had my trust with all future endeavors. Ever since Brooke Dalrymple has joined the firm, our relationship has become even stronger. She has a very kind and professional attitude. She is very competent, intelligent, and very accessible. She is always ahead of the curve in her support with reminders and important decisions that are coming down the pipeline. I am very pleased with the professionalism and performance that Brooke offers every time an issue arises. I sincerely appreciate all that she does for my company. I look forward to the continued support that Brooke and her firm provide to my business. I would highly recommend your law firm to anyone that is looking for the best law firm around….you guys are awesome.”
